Initally formed by members of the Infinite Dark, Universal Network Bank, Juganoth Mining, Intergalactic Research & Exploration Centre and Nisshutsu Shipyards, it became a part of the Corporate Sector Authority. Following the forcible nationalisation of the Corporate Sector Authority and its subsidiaries in Year 10 Day 72, Myorzo Weapon Systems became an Imperial NAT.

The Corporation now prospers as the primary weapons manufacturer for the Galactic Empire.
